Grand Canyon, 2021

While working on my series of desert paintings, I wanted to expand beyond only Arches National Park and decided to paint another classic desert spot: The Grand Canyon. While I hadn’t visited since I was in elementary school, I have fond memories of my time spent staring out at the vast expanse that is the Grand Canyon and being in awe of what I was seeing.
