Banks Lake, 2020

This piece was a commission from a friend for her mother-in-law. Their family has gone to Banks Lake every summer for over a decade and my friend wanted them to be able to have a painting of one of their most treasured and memory-filled places. It was a joy to work on this piece and paint my first boat, as well as get more practice with water!
